My name is Frank Juliano and I have been fishing in the Fabulous Florida Keys for more than 25 years. I have a real passion for all that my home waters has to offer...from offshore and reef fishing to backcountry and flats flyfishing, my passion lies in the hunt...specializing in Fly Fishing and Light Tackle.

Located in the Upper Keys, my fishing range spans the lower keys to Biscayne Bay, including the Backcountry of Everglades National Park.  I have fished in these waters for many years.  The diversity in our local Islamorada fishing and wide range of target species has had me hooked since my childhood.  I offer both Reef and Inshore guided fishing trips.  I have a strong passion for Fly fishing and Light Tackle and have spent years targeting our local gamefish…bonefish, tarpon, permit, sailfish, tuna, dolphin and wahoo.  It is this passion that leads me to want to share these experiences with others seeking a memorable fishing day on the waters of the Florida Keys.  Whether you are a first time angler, bringing your family and kids fishing in Islamorada, or a seasoned tournament angler….I can tailor a day to exceed your expectations.  I am equally committed to both working hard to help you catch fish and to making sure you enjoy your time on the water.  There’s nothing like standing on the platform of a flats-boat watching a tailing bonefish or a jumping tarpon in the sun’s glistening trail through the ocean.  Or to see a school of laid up tarpon in the slick calm of early morning.  Book a charter with Capt.
